Movie Website Updates for December 16 - December 22

This week's list of movie site is abridged and only contains the films that are opening this week, unfortunately, of those eleven films, only one had any significant updates this week. That site was Munich - Official Site, but I can't say its an award-winning site. I guess that means the Weekly Website Award is taking a vacation over the holidays.

The trailer was added just in time for this week's release.
No real changes since last week, which means the map of Venice is still marked coming soon.
Another site with no real changes since last week. The site has all the features a site should have, plus a few extras, but there's still not enough to make it stand apart.
Yet another site with no real updates this week, however, unlike the previous sites this one hasn't had an update for about a month. Overall, this looks like a good site on paper with all the usual features plus four games, but it doesn't come together very well. The games are rather lame, and not help sell the film.

The flash site launched this week, but it is suitably subdued. It does have all the usual features, (synopsis, cast & crew, production notes, image gallery, and trailer). It also has some extras, but all but one of them are currently marked coming soon, (interviews, clips, and TV Spots). The only extra on the site at the moment is the behind-the-scenes featurette, which is excellent and worth being on the DVD when it is released.

Say it with me, no updates in a while. There are two clips that are marked coming soon, but otherwise this is a very limited site.
Yet another site with no real updates in a while.
When this version of the site first launched, I liked the way the use of background video in the site. But now it just bugs me, especially when the background video takes over and forces you to watch a clip. I clicked on the image gallery for a reason, to look at the images, not to see the same clip again.
