No films topped $10,000 on the per theatre charts, but there were three films in a very close race at the top of the list. Stolen led the way with $8,829 in its single theatre, while Giuliani Time earned $8,661, also in just one theatre. Easily the widest release of the three was Sketches of Frank Gehry, which played in a grand total of 2 theatres and pulled in an average of $8,620.

Not far behind was Russian Dolls with an average of $5,914 in 3 theatres, while Keeping Up with the Steins did better than most films released in "Select Cities" with $653,723 in 138 theatres for an average of $4,737. On the other hand, Wah-Wah struggled with an average of $2,127 in 26 theatres while Dead Man's Shoes earned $1,825 in 1 theatre.

This past week also saw milestones reached for a few Per Theatre Charts alumni:

• Art School Confidential expanded greatly but wasn't able to fully take advantage, bringing in just $1.1 million in 762 theatres, but that was obviously enough for the film to reach $1 million over the weekend.
• The Notorious Bettie Page also reached $1 million over the weekend, but did it in a more traditional way.
• The World's Fastest Indian hit $5 million over the weekend, more than a month after it hit $4 million.
• Friends with Money made it to $10 million during the midweek and may have enough left to make it to $15 million before its run is over.
