The final three guilds handed out their nominations over the past week and while most deal with television, there are a handful of theatrical nominations for each of the Directors Guild of America, the Producers Guild of America, and the Writers Guild of America.

Outstanding Directorial Achievement for a Feature Film

• Paul Thomas Anderson for There Will Be Blood
• Joel and Ethan Coen for No Country for Old Men
• Tony Gilroy for Michael Clayton
• Sean Penn for Into The Wild
• Julian Schnabel for The Diving Bell and the Butterfly

• Ken Burns and Lynn Novick for The War
• Alex Gibney for Taxi to the Dark Side
• Asger Leth for Ghosts of Cite Soleil
• Richard Robbins for Operations Homecoming
• Barbet Schroeder for Terror's Advocate

• Of the 10 DGA nominations, only Joel and Ethan Coen have previously earned a DGA nomination.
• The Diving Bell and the Butterfly is picking up a lot of nominations for a foreign language film. It's becoming this year's Pan's Labyrinth

The Darryl F. Zanuck Producer of the Year Award in the Theatrical Motion Pictures

• And yet another nomination for The Diving Bell and the Butterfly; if it doesn't pick up an Oscar nomination or two, it will be a huge shock after all of this.
• Apparently no one directed Juno cause it seems to pick up a lot of nominations for best picture, but Jason Reitman continues to be shut out for best director.
• Ratatouille is practically a lock for at least an Oscar nomination.

• Zodiac's nomination was a bit of a shock. Not that it didn't earn the nomination, but I figured not enough people would remember it.
• Sicko earned two nominations on this list. It is easily the highest profile documentary to be recognized by the guilds, but I don't think it is the odds on favorite to win.
