Two new releases lead the way on this week's rental chart with Bride Wars beating Hotel for Dogs by roughly 33%. The Wrestler was close behind, but well up on The Day the Earth Stood Still and Notorious. Meanwhile, The Uninvited just missed the top five.

The only other new releases to chart were What Doesn't Kill You in 16th place and Nothing But the Truth in 18th.

Total rentals rose 8.2% from last week to $165.9 million and this was 3.9% higher than the same week last year. Two weeks of year-to-year growth is great news.
