After a break for the Holidays, Hollywood is back in action again, shuffling around another batch of movie release dates. This week's shuffle includes, among others, new dates for Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, Garfield, John Grisham's Skipping Christmas, J.M. • Eros are releasing Khakee on January 23.
• Fox have moved Welcome to Mooseport forward a week to February 13
• Buena Vista have taken advantage of the gap left by Mooseport and scheduled Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen for February 20.
• New Yorker's Distant will appear in theaters on February 27.
• Arthouse distributor Innovation will debut A Foreign Affait on March 26.
• Dodgeball: A True Underdogs Story has swapped release dates with Garfield. Dodgeball will roll out on June 18 instead of June 25; Garfield moves back a week to the June 25 slot. Fox is releasing both movies, so it's probably safe to assume that they decided to give Garfield the more lucrative spot closer to July 4.
• Sony have given Little Black Book its first firm release date: October 15.
• Miramax have moved J.M. Barrie's Neverland back to October 22 from October 8.
• John Grisham's Skipping Christmas moves up from December 10 to become a Sony's big Thanksgiving play. It'll now debut on November 24.
• Finally, one of Orlando Bloom's several big new projects, Kingdom of Heaven, gets its first official release date: May 6, 2005. Right now, that puts it head-to-head with XXX 2.
