Bubble Guppies: Animals Everywhere! - Buy from Amazon
The latest Bubble Guppies DVD to find its way to my desk is Animals Everywhere!. What episodes are found on the DVD? Are there any extras? And is the overall value worth the asking price?
There are no extras on the DVD.
Bubble Guppies: Animals Everywhere! has no extras on the DVD, but the price-per-minute is better than Dora the Explorer releases, for instance. It also has catchier music and I think it is the better show.
The Show
While going to school, Molly and Gil notice Bubble Puppy can't keep up. He's sick. The rest of the episode we learn about dogs and veterinarians.
Nonny comes across a marching band and Nonny thinks he would like to join them. They have a problem with a duck that seems to have the same idea. The gang learns about marching bands.
While Nonny is on his way to school, he meets a squirrel who is collecting acorns. Nonny gives him an acorn, but as he leaves, the squirrel gives it back. When he gets to school, the teacher explains that the acorn is a seed for an oak tree and the class learns about what kind of animals live in trees.
Molly and Gil find themselves at the zoo where they meet Monty, the rhino. Rhino is lonely and Molly and Gil get the class to help him find a friend, while learning about the animals in the zoo.
Elephants playing basketball. I have nothing to add.
Molly and Gil see what they think is a polar bear while they are walking to school. But it can't be a real polar bear, can it? Nope. It's a guy in a polar bear suit. But that does segue into learning about what animals live in the Arctic. The Extras
