Surfer Overshadows Limited Releases on Per Theater Chart

Only one new release topped $10,000 on the per theater chart this week, and only two films in total were able to do that. That new release was the overall box office leader, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, which pulled in an average of $14,663.
