Synopsis

Todd Anderson (Storm P) is chosen as the #1 NBA draft pick by the New Jersey Nets and signs a contract for thirty million dollars that instantly changes his life. Todd buys a new house in a gated white neighborhood, which is guarded by an eccentric security guard (Queen Latifah). Trying to hold on to his roots, Todd invites all his friends and family from the old neighborhood to his new home for a big, raucous cookout. But he’s mistakenly scheduled a big endorsement interview the same day, and everyone Todd didn't invite to the cookout just might be showing up anyway.
