Oscar Contest Results

Thank you to everyone who entered our 20th annual Predict the Academy Awards Contest. As usual, the contest drew hundreds of high-quality entries, with the winners predicting 18 of the winners on what proved to be an crazy Oscar night.

Read on for our list of 2017 prize winners...

Our overall winner is Matt Mulderink or Chicago, IL, who was the first player to submit predictions that matched 18 out of 24 winners on Oscar night. Oliver wins all eight Best Picture nominees on DVD or Blu-ray.

Second place goes to Black Davis of Canton, GA, again with 18 correct predictions. Blake’s prize is Best Picture winner Moonlight and Best Animated Feature winner Zootopia on DVD or Blu-ray.

Finally, our bonus prize for our regular entrant with the best score not in the top two goes to Marcus Sitonio of Lynbrook, NY, who was seventh overall, and actually the last entrant to enter a prediction with 18 correct entries. Marcus wins his choice of Moonlight or Zootopia on DVD or Blu-ray.
