Theater Counts
August 25, 2005
The Brothers Grimm opens in 3,087 theaters this weekend -- considerably wider than originally anticipated.
After a generally weak set of openings last weekend, it must be in with a chance of topping the charts.
The 40 Year-Old Virgin gains 25 more venues, and will be hoping to repeat at number 1.
Meanwhile, Red Eye will be keeping movie-goers glued to their seats in 3,091 houses, making it the widest release this weekend.
