Technical Difficulties is an Understatement

Today's International Top Five will be delayed as there were not one but two incidents in my hometown resulting in the power being knocked out for roughly six hours. Because of that I am way behind in all of the upcoming major columns, (International Top Five, Websites, October Preview, etc.) but hopefully I'll be able to catch up before too long.
