Watchmen Starts with $4.550 Million at Midnight

Watchmen made a great start to the weekend, earning $4.55 million in midnight shows, according to early estimates. That's approximately double the midnight grosses for 300, and suggests an excellent weekend is on the way. All 124 IMAX midnight shows were reportedly sold out.
