Synopsis

Audacious con man Alan Conway pushes the art of deception to a new level through his impersonation of famously reclusive filmmaker Stanley Kubrick. Despite bearing no physical resemblance to Kubrick, and being unfamiliar with his films, Conway manages to fool everyone he meets into thinking they are having a brush with greatness.

Yikes! It's a busy week for DVD releases with closing in on 50 DVDs on this week's list. Not only are there are a lot of films worth checking out, there's a very close race for the DVD Pick of the Week. It came down to Children of Men - Buy from Amazon and The Shield - The Complete Fifth Season - Buy from Amazon. It's practically a coin flip here, but I'm giving the DVD Pick of the Week to Children of Men - Buy from Amazon, after all, I couldn't let the film get passed over for yet another award.
