Synopsis

Fedor Alexandorich, a Ukrainian victim of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, is investigating the cause of the incident when he is interrupted by the 2014 uprising in The Ukraine. Amid all this turmoil, he uncovers a damning Cold War-era Soviet secret. Fedor ponders risking his life to aid the revolution by revealing his findings to the world.
