Synopsis
Amrum Island, early 1945: hunting seals, fishing at night, nothing is too dangerous for 10-year-old Nanning. He helps his mother feed the family in the last days of the war. After the end of the war, new conflicts and challenges arise and Nanning has to find his own way in life.
