Synopsis
Young women are disappearing. A serial killer with a tortured childhood is terrorizing the city, and Detectives Valentine and Stokes are in hot pursuit. What the detectives don’t know is that a mysterious stranger — the last of her clan, is also in pursuit with an agenda all her own. If this stranger reaches the killer first, the detectives will be dealing with an evil unlike they have ever seen.
