Synopsis

Scott is a twenty-something writer who dreams of moving to Paris. After his father suddenly dies, Scott's plans are put in jeopardy as he discovers his sister Cindy is living in a halfway house for the mentally ill. Despite her wild and unpredictable behavior, Scott puts his life on hold to take her in.
