Synopsis
Neon Flesh is a crime thriller centered around Ricky and the underground world that he lives in. His prostitute mother, Pura, abandoned him when he was 12. Now a young man, he wants to honor her by opening up a brothel when she is released from prison. For help he enlists a pimp, his junkie girlfriend, and a transsexual who believes that she's royalty, but when he finally picks Mom up from the hospital, he's disappointed to learn that she's underwhelmed with his gift. Worse, the location Ricky chose for the brothel encroaches on ruthless thug El Chino's domain.
