Synopsis
An unprecedented fire triggers a devastating radiation leak. As the clock ticks down, the fate of millions of people in Hong Kong hangs in the balance. Disaster recovery expert Simon and acting Chief Executive Cecilia clash in a heated battle of wits and wills over how to avert this impending doom.
