Synopsis

Max, a down on his luck ex-con, is constantly being bailed out by his sister Isobel. That is, until the day she disappears. Fearing for the safety of Isobel, Max dives back into the world of his past, through the criminal underbelly of Shreveport, to find his sister—all while trying to escape the clutches of the notorious crime boss known as The Man and his henchman. Max’s only ally in the race to find Isobel is a fellow criminal, Nola Barnes, who harbors secrets of her own.
