Synopsis
Conan and his friends head to Kanagawa for the motorcycle festival. On the way, a mysterious black motorcycle suddenly appears, racing uncontrollably and even jumping over their vehicle. It is pursued by the “goddess of wind,” traffic police officer Chihaya Hagiwara. But the driver escapes and seriously damages her motorcycle. At the venue, the group is presented with a state-of-the-art police motorcycle called “Angel”. Meanwhile, the black motorcycle reappears in Tokyo and once again escapes the police pursuit. The investigation reveals that it is very similar to the “Angel,” leading authorities to name it “Lucifer” and launch a large-scale search. As the case comes to a head, Hagiwara is confronted with memories of her late brother Kenji Hagiwara and his colleague Jinpei Matsuda, leading to a fast-paced confrontation between the Goddess of Wind and the Fallen Angel.
