Synopsis

Local resident Al Quinto sees his beloved neighborhood rapidly changing. Al has not been handling the change well and soon succumbs to his delusional fantasies, assuming the identity of the heroic and chivalrous Don Q, an esteemed Mafia chieftain and protector of Little Italy, who will stop at nothing to see the old ways return. Out of sympathy, the locals play along with his delusions, but when his fantasies start to get him in trouble, his sister Antonia and a local priest are compelled to intervene to save him from himself, and the local mob from the wrath of Don Q.
