Synopsis
Over the course of one year, this documentary follows five diverse men who each need to lose 100 to 200 lbs. They are given a unique opportunity to receive free health and fitness services from professionals for 365 days. Unlike reality shows, these five men remained in their real lives: they were allowed to use their freewill in deciding how much they would follow the advice and direction of health professionals. The failure rate for dieting is 80% so can these men beat the odds?
