Synopsis
Young Vera Brandes is determined to conquer her place in the music world of the 1970s. As a concert promoter, she brings international greats to Germany, despite the resistance of her parents and the challenges she faces as a woman in a male-dominated industry. Her passion for music drives her to risk everything for her dream. The climax of her efforts: the concert of the famous jazz pianist Keith Jarrett, which is to take place on January 24, 1975 in the Cologne Opera. But shortly before the evening begins, everything threatens to fail, and Vera is faced with the challenge of saving the concert, which will later go down in history as legendary.
