Synopsis

In 1963, Esther gave birth to Roland, the youngest sibling in a large family. Roland was born with clubfoot, which prevented him from standing. Against everyone’s advice, she promised her son that he would learn to walk like everyone else and live a happy life. From that moment on, Esther devoted herself entirely to fulfilling this promise. Through decades of hardship and miracles, this film tells the story of an incredible destiny and the greatest love of all: a mother’s love for her child.
