Synopsis
This twisted tale involves Stanley Cashay, a CIA black-ops specialist living in a state of drunken depravity after the murder of his wife. When some highly sensitive tapes are stolen from the President, Stanley Cashay is called back in to action. He teams up with his flamboyant fellow operatives, Casey Thunderbird and Black Licorice , in an effort to track down the tapes, while leaving a bloody trail in his wake. But the contents of the tapes are more explosive than Cashay could have conceived, placing the nation at the edge of catastrophe, with only the enigmatic and sadistic Director Holiday in a position to stop it.
