Synopsis
After years of listening to blaring car alarms in Manhattan, lawyer David has had enough. Taking to the streets, he begins vandalizing cars with increasing violence, until his wife finally kicks him out. As David escalates his campaign against noisy automobiles, he begins leaving stickers identifying himself as “The Rectifier.” His actions attract Russian student Ekaterina, who encourages him to campaign for an anti-noise ballot initiative.
