Synopsis
Billie, 20, missing one eye, is a tomboy from an African American military family. Freshly out of jail, she discovers that her estranged parents are about to be evicted and decides to stop at nothing to help them. But when her attempt at a bank robbery goes wrong, she ends up taking a young client hostage. The girl, named Franny, is 18, heavily pregnant, impulsively charming and has nothing left to lose.
