Synopsis
Exiled from the New York avant-garde theatre scene by their long-time acting guru Buford Slezinger, thespians Tucker Charlemagne and Sandrene St. Jean venture back to Sandrene’s hometown of Fargo, North Dakota to start a new theatre company revolution and win a residency at the historic Fargo Theatre. But upon arrival, they discover there already exists a theater company headed up by Sandrene’s ruthless former drama teacher. Up for a fight, the couple transform an abandoned moonshine distillery into their dream, the “Tankhouse Theater.” The competition for the coveted residency is brutal -- alleyway sing-offs, sabotage, TMI cast bonding -- but Tucker and Sandrene will stop at nothing to win.
