Synopsis

In their mid-30s, Eva and Kat have a fun and carefree simple life in their London canal boat until Eva, inspired by her exceptional mother Germaine, presents Kat with an ultimatum: she wants a child. Kat resists, knowing that it will end the bohemian lifestyle that she’s always envisioned with Eva. When Kat’s best friend, Roger, drops in from Barcelona, the three of them toy around with the idea of creating a baby together. Kat sees no other way out but to say yes.

Limited and VOD Releases: Limited Releases get a Green Light

Green Book

This week is filled with films that are earning reviews that are good, but likely not quite good enough to thrive in limited release. There are a few exceptions, mostly documentaries. This leaves Green Book as the only film that has a real shot at mainstream success. In fact, given its reviews, it could earn some Awards Season success. More...
