Synopsis
It’s 1990 New York City. Mafia King John Gotti is on trial for the third time: the most recent stand off in the war for control of NYC. Though the Mafia’s influence is quickly deteriorating, “Don” John Gotti gives heart to Brooklyn’s working class and wannabe wise guys like our mythic hero. Thomas Greco is one such wannabe, a neighborhood outcast with a romanticized worship of The Mob lifestyle. Rose is a neighborhood fixture who thirsts for something more. An outsider of her own, she leaps at Thomas’ youthful vigor and helps with his scheme. But when the plot is foiled and the ones he idolizes most reject him, Thomas becomes determined to prove he’s worthy of being a mobster. Together the duo becomes a modern day Bonnie and Clyde and sets off on a ride worthy of mob lore.
