Synopsis

Laura and her father Wilson settle down in a house they have to remodel since its owner will soon put the house up for sale. They will spend the night there and repair the following morning. Everything seems to go smoothly until Laura starts to hear sounds that indicate that they are not alone.

It is an incredibly busy week on the home market with several major releases, including Thor on Blu-ray, as well as Star Wars The Complete Saga, which comes out this Friday. Unfortunately, neither of the screeners have arrived yet, so it is hard to tell if they are pick of the week material. I figured Star Wars would easily take that honor, but the changes made have pissed off enough people that I think it's best that I hold off making a judgment till after it arrives. Limited Releases Try to Take on God of Thunder

It is officially the beginning of summer, at least according to the movie industry. And while most eyes are on Thor, there's a bundle of limited releases trying to compete for limited box office dollars. I'm not overly bullish on most film's chances. There are a few films opening in way too many theaters, some that are opening with Tomatometer scores that would be terrible for wide releases, etc. There are also a few with good reviews or some advanced buzz, but going the limited release route is always a risk.
