There were only four new releases to chart this week on the DVD rental chart, including Shrek the Third, which opened in top spot with $11.01 million in rentals. Ocean's Thirteen managed second place but was well back with $7.88 million and just ahead of I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, which added $7.66 million over the week for $16.92 million after two. Spider-man 3 earned $6.55 million over the week and $24.26 million after three. Finally, Ratatouille slipped to fifth place during its second week on the rental charts with $6.25 million for a total of $13.82 million.

There were only two other releases to chart this week with Amazing Grace in ninth place with $3.82 million and La Vie en Rose in 20th with $2.15 million.
