- Lootcase (FIP, Limited) has been removed from the release schedule. It was scheduled for October 11th, 2019.
- Bad Trip (United Artists, Wide) has moved from February 28th, 2020 to April 24th, 2020.
- Fathom Events will release Lionel Richie at Glastonbury, Special Engagement on November 19th, 2019.
Thursday, October 3
- John Wynn's Mirror Mirror (The Wynn Network, Limited) is now John Wynn’s Mirror Mirror. Its release date is unchanged as October 11th, 2019.
- Lionsgate will release Semper Fi, Limited on October 4th, 2019.
- Are You Afraid of the Dark? (Paramount Pictures, Limited) has been removed from the release schedule. It was scheduled for October 11th, 2019.
- Self Distributed will release Asuran, Limited on October 4th, 2019.
- Indican Pictures will release 100 Acres of Hell, Limited on October 11th, 2019.
- The Ballad of Richard Jewell (Warner Bros., Limited) is now Richard Jewell. Its release date is unchanged as December 13th, 2019.

- Amazon Studios will release The Kingmaker, Limited on November 8th, 2019.
- Midnight Family (1091 Media, Limited) has moved from November 15th, 2019 to December 6th, 2019.
- Elvis Unleashed (Fathom Events, Special Engagement) has been removed from the release schedule. It was scheduled for October 7th, 2019.
- The Current War (101 Studios, Wide) is now The Current War: Director’s Cute. Its release date is unchanged as October 25th, 2019.
- Lionsgate will release The Gallows Act II, Limited on October 25th, 2019.
- Untitled Sony Marvel Spider-Man: Far From Home Sequel (Sony Pictures, Wide) has been removed from the release schedule. It was scheduled for July 16th, 2021.
- Sony Pictures will release Spider-Man: Homecoming 3, Wide on July 16th, 2021.
- Bleecker Street will release The Banker, Limited on December 6th, 2019.
- A24 will release The Elephant Queen, Limited on October 18th, 2019.
