Synopsis
After years of traveling the nation and fighting the man, Joseph Bickell, aka Chief Wana Dubie decided that he had had enough of the real world and settled in a small Ozark town called Cooper Hill, Missouri. However, in 1993, he decided to secede his property from the United States, declare himself the president of a sovereign nation and publicly plant a field of marijuana in protest of the War on Drugs.
