Featured TV on DVD Review: Nurse Jackie: Season Seven

October 18th, 2015

Nurse Jackie: Season Seven

I have reviewed every season of Nurse Jackie, except for season five. Season six was regarded by most to be the worst season and that was the season I officially gave up on the show. However, when I learned Season Seven would be the show's last season, I decided to give it a shot. Was that a mistake? Did the show finally solve all of the problems that were bugging me over the years? More...

Featured TV on DVD Review: Nurse Jackie: Season Six

February 10th, 2015

I have reviewed four of the previous five seasons of Nurse Jackie and for the most part thought the show was good, but has some problems. I thought the fourth season was the best season. Did the show continue to grow? Or did it suffer in the year that I missed? More...

Featured TV on DVD Review: New Girl: Season Two

On the other hand, the central character is flawed in such a way that it becomes frustrating to watch her in action. I think having a main character with flaws improves the show. However, if a character makes the same mistakes and never learns, it makes the show repetitive. The first three seasons of the show danced close to the line, and occasionally stepped over, but overall I enjoyed watching it. Which direction does it go in season four? More...
